Returns & Refunds Policy
J&F Liquidation Center (“we,” “us,” “our,” “jfliquidationcenter.com”) Last updated: 09/10/2026
Thank you for shopping with J&F Liquidation Center. Because we specialize in liquidation pallets, overstock, and surplus merchandise, our returns policy differs from a typical retail store. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Liquidation Pallets — Sold As Is, All Sales Final
All liquidation pallets, truckloads, and bulk lots marked “Sold As Is” are final sale. By purchasing an “As Is” pallet, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be issued for As-Is pallets once the order has been placed and/or shipped, regardless of the condition, functionality, quantity, or contents of the merchandise received.
- Liquidation merchandise is sourced from customer returns, overstock, shelf pulls, and warehouse liquidations. Items may be untested, damaged, missing parts or accessories, incorrectly manifested, or of lower resale value than expected. This is the nature of liquidation inventory and is factored into the discounted price.
- Manifests and photos are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Manifests are typically generated by the original retailer and may contain errors outside of our control.
- We strongly encourage all buyers to review any available manifest, condition notes, and photos, and to ask questions before purchasing, as no adjustments can be made after the sale is complete.
- Buyers accept the pallet in its current condition, “with all faults,” at the time of purchase.
This As-Is, final-sale policy applies whether the pallet is picked up in person or shipped via freight/parcel carrier.
2. Shipping Damage & Freight Claims
While As-Is sales are final, we want to make sure your order arrives safely. If your pallet or shipment arrives with visible freight/transit damage, the following applies:
- Inspect your shipment before signing for delivery whenever possible. Note any damage on the delivery receipt/Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery.
- Report transit damage to us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at the number/email below, including photos of the damaged packaging, pallet, and shipping label.
- Freight damage claims are handled with the shipping carrier and are separate from the “As Is” condition of the merchandise itself. We will assist you in filing a carrier claim, but claims filed after 48 hours or without photo documentation may not be eligible.
- This does not cover the condition of the merchandise inside the pallet (see Section 1) — only damage caused during shipping/transport.
3. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled free of charge only if the order has not yet shipped or been prepared for pickup.
- Once an order has shipped, left our facility, or been marked ready for local pickup, it is considered final and cannot be canceled.
- To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at the information below — cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on order status at the time of your request.
4. Local Pickup Orders
- Orders picked up in person at our Kannapolis, NC location are inspected and accepted by the buyer (or their designated representative) at the time of pickup.
- Once a pallet leaves our facility with the buyer, the sale is final under the terms of Section 1.
- We recommend inspecting your pallet before loading it into your vehicle.
5. Non-Liquidation / Retail Items (If Applicable)
Any item listed on our site that is not marked as a liquidation pallet or “As Is” lot (for example, individually sold new merchandise, if offered) may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us to request a return authorization before sending any item back — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
6. Refund Method
Where a refund is approved under this policy (e.g., an approved freight claim resolution, an eligible cancellation, or an eligible non-liquidation return), refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout within 3 business days of approval.
7. Questions About Your Order
If you have any questions about a pallet, manifest, or an order before you buy — or need to report shipping damage — please reach out before completing your purchase or within the timeframes above:
