Wholesale Order and Return Policy

Before finalizing your bulk purchase, please carefully review our official policy regarding order returns. At JF Liquidation Center, we operate strictly as a Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale clearinghouse, which means our transaction rules differ significantly from traditional consumer retail stores.

The Core Policy: All Pallets Sold As-Is

To keep our wholesale pricing as low as possible for our network of resellers, bin store operators, and online flippers, we enforce a strict inventory protocol across all categories:

All pallets, truckloads, and wholesale lots are sold strictly AS-IS and are completely non-refundable.

Once an order has been paid for, processed on our warehouse floor, loaded onto a shipping vehicle, or picked up at our facility, the sale is final. We do not accept returns, we do not offer merchandise exchanges, and we do not issue partial credits under any circumstances.

Understanding the Reality of Sourcing Liquidation

When buying from secondary markets, it is important to align your expectations with the inventory category you are purchasing:

  • Raw Customer Returns: These lots are unvetted and unpicked. While they frequently contain high-value, brand-new items in open boxes, a predictable percentage will contain goods that are broken, missing vital accessories, or require deep cleaning.

  • Shelf Pulls and Overstock: While these lots are in significantly cleaner cosmetic condition, box wear and slight surface scuffs are normal consequences of industrial warehouse handling.

We do not guarantee the operational functionality, complete accessory inclusion, or resale success of any individual item contained within a bulk pallet. The inherent risk of store returns is offset by the deep wholesale discounts provided, allowing you room to find high-profit margins on the sellable inventory.

Essential Delivery Safeguards

While all inventory is sold as-is and cannot be returned to JF Liquidation Center, you must still protect your purchase against damage caused during transit by third-party shipping companies:

  1. Audit the Freight Upon Arrival Before providing your physical signature on the carrier’s delivery receipt, carefully check the exterior condition of your shipment. Ensure our high-strength industrial shrink-wrap is fully intact and has not been sliced open or retaped.

  2. Document Carrier Damage If a freight carrier mismanages your cargo, shifts a pallet improperly, or causes visible structural destruction to the boxes during transit, write a detailed description of the damage directly on the driver’s Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.

  3. Take Immediate Photos Photograph any transit-related damage while the pallets are still sitting inside the delivery truck. This documentation is vital because it preserves your legal standing to file a swift property claim directly with the freight company for transit loss.
