Timeline: Processed immediately.
Best For: Resellers who need to lock down high-demand, limited-stock pallets or arrange urgent next-day warehouse pickups.
Workflow: As soon as you complete the transfer through the Cash App or PayPal gateway at checkout, our system instantly updates your invoice status to “Paid.” Your inventory is immediately allocated to your business account, and your order is pushed directly to our warehouse floor for preparation.
Credit & Debit Card Payments (24-Hour Processing Window)
Timeline: Processed within 24 hours.
Best For: Standard business purchasing and routine inventory restocking.
Workflow: When you pay using a commercial credit or debit card, the transaction undergoes a standard B2B security review to verify funds and protect against fraudulent card use. Once our credit merchant approves the transaction (typically within 24 hours), your invoice will clear, and your pallets will be queued for freight scheduling or staging.
Essential Guidelines for a Smooth Transaction
To ensure your wholesale payment clears without any administrative holds or security flags, please follow these guidelines:
Match Your Account Details Ensure the billing name and address associated with your credit card or PayPal account exactly match the business registration details listed on your JF Liquidation Center account. Discrepancies can trigger security holds, extending the 24-hour verification window.
Plan Your Pickup Around Verification Windows If you intend to schedule a local warehouse pickup at our 1636 11th Ave SW facility, please plan your arrival around your payment method. If you pay via card, do not schedule your pickup slot until the 24-hour processing window has concluded and you have received your cleared paid invoice. For same-day authorization, utilize our instant Cash App or PayPal channels.
Secure Finalized Authorization According to our wholesale policies, no inventory can be loaded onto a vehicle, handed over to a freight carrier, or broken down until full payment has completely cleared our banking system.
