  • Direct Phone Line: 704-448-3190

  • Communications Hub: info@jfliquidationcenter.com

  • Authorized Pickup Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST (Closed Saturday and Sunday)

2. Scheduling Your Pickup Appointment
  • Appointment Required: We do not accept unscheduled walk-ins for bulk pallet pickups. All pickups must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance by calling our direct office line at 704-448-3190 or replying to your email invoice confirmation.

  • Arrival Window: Please arrive within your designated 30-minute time slot. If you are running late, contact our warehouse office immediately so we can adjust our forklift schedule or reschedule your slot if necessary.

3. Vehicle Requirements & Loading Limits
  • Appropriate Vehicles Only: You must arrive in a vehicle capable of safely transporting heavy industrial bulk cargo. Acceptable vehicles include box trucks, flatbed trailers, cargo vans, or full-size pickup trucks. We cannot load liquidation pallets into passenger cars, standard SUVs, or minivans.

  • Weight Capacity: It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle or trailer can handle the total payload. Average pallet weights range from 400 lbs to over 1,000 lbs depending on whether you are picking up lightweight apparel or heavy tools.

  • Tie-Downs & Straps: You are entirely responsible for securing your load. You must bring your own commercial ratchet straps, tie-downs, or cargo netting. Warehouse staff will assist with forklift loading but will not secure your vehicle’s load due to liability regulations.

  • Children & Pets: For safety reasons, children under the age of 16 and pets are not permitted around the loading docks or warehouse floors. They must remain securely inside a parked vehicle at all times.

  • No Pallet Breakdown: Unless explicitly authorized by our staff due to unique freight constraints, breaking down pallets on our warehouse floor or in the parking lot to hand-load loose items into a vehicle is not permitted. Pallets must be taken as a complete, shrink-wrapped unit.

6. Post-Loading & Sign-Off Verification
  • Inspect Before Departure: All sales are final once you sign our loading release form and leave our premises. Please inspect the exterior wrap, manifest labels, and pallet structure carefully before our forklift operator places the load onto your vehicle.

What to Bring for Check-In:

  1. A printed or digital copy of your Paid Invoice.

  2. A Valid Photo ID matching the name listed on the purchasing business account.
