How can we help you?

Track a package

At JF Liquidation Center, we arrange freight shipping through top commercial logistics networks to deliver your bulk pallets and truckloads. Once your order has been built, wrapped, and picked up by the freight carrier from our facility, you can monitor its progress in real time.

Understanding the Transit Workflow

Because liquidation pallets are large and heavy, they travel via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) or Full Truckload (FTL) freight networks rather than standard parcel services.

Step-by-Step Tracking Protocol

Once your order departs our logistics warehouse at 1636 11th Ave SW, follow these instructions to trace its physical location:

Step 1: Locate Your BOL and PRO Numbers

As soon as the freight carrier scans your pallets into their vehicle, our systems generate a confirmation message sent directly to your registered business email address. Open this email to find your unique shipment details:

  • PRO Number: This is the universal tracking number used by commercial freight carriers. It allows you to query the transit status directly on the carrier’s digital portal.

  • BOL (Bill of Lading): This document serves as the official receipt and contract between our facility, the carrier, and your delivery destination.

Step 2: Access the Logistics Portal

Navigate directly to the carrier portal matching the provider listed on your invoice paperwork. Enter your numeric PRO number into the main terminal lookup box to view live check-in timestamps. Common logistics networks we partner with include:

  • R&L Carriers

  • Estes Express Lines

  • FedEx Freight

  • TForce Freight

  • ODFL (Old Dominion Freight Line)

Step 3: Prepare for the Delivery Appointment

For residential deliveries or commercial properties without a standard commercial loading dock, the freight dispatcher will call the phone number associated with your business account 24 hours prior to final arrival.

  • Schedule Your Window: You must speak directly with the dispatcher to confirm your delivery appointment window.

  • Liftgate Requirement: Ensure your invoice reflects a liftgate service if you do not own a forklift or industrial dock at your physical address.

Crucial Security Check Upon Arrival

Before signing any delivery paperwork from the freight operator, you must execute a brief audit to ensure your merchandise arrived safely and securely:

  • Inspect the Shrink-Wrap: Verify that the high-strength industrial wrap is fully intact, completely sealed, and has not been sliced open, retaped, or altered during transit between distribution centers.

  • Document Variances: If the carrier has visibly damaged the cargo or shifted the pallet structure, write down a detailed description of the exterior destruction directly on the driver’s delivery receipt before providing your physical signature.

  • Take Photographic Proof: Photograph the pallet inside the carrier’s truck prior to unloading. This preserves your legal standing to file a swift, successful cargo claim if structural damage has impacted your merchandise.
